1. OVERVIEW

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all transactions made through thirstwithhunger.institute, including digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, event registrations, and donations. By making a purchase or contribution, you agree to these terms.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

All digital products—including PDF guides, workbooks, study materials, templates, and electronic files—are non-refundable. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are final.

3. ONLINE COURSES

All online course purchases are non-refundable once access to the student dashboard or course materials has been granted. This includes:

1. Video-based curriculum and self-paced programs. 2. Discipleship modules and biblical teaching series. 3. Supplemental downloadable course materials.

4. EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, AND REGISTRATIONS

Registrations for live events, virtual workshops, or ministry trainings are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by the Institute.

Postponement: If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or inability to attend.

5. DONATIONS

All donations made to Thirst With Hunger Institute are final and non-refundable.

Tax Status: Please refer to our Master Terms and Conditions regarding our pending 501(c)(3) status. Errors: If a donation was made in error (e.g., an extra zero added), please contact us within 24 hours. Any correction is at the sole discretion of the Institute.

6. TRANSACTION ERRORS

If you believe you were charged in error or processed twice for the same item, please submit a request for review to office@thirstwithhunger.institute with your name, date of purchase, and Transaction ID. We will investigate and resolve legitimate errors promptly.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting the Institute for a resolution may result in:

Immediate revocation of access to all current and future courses and materials. Permanent removal of your user account. Liability for any administrative fees or collection costs incurred by the Institute.
