4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND AUTHORIZED ACCESS

All digital downloads, online courses, guides, and other purchased materials are restricted to the purchaser’s personal use only. The Institute does not allow for redistribution, file-sharing, or any form of unauthorized distribution of these assets. Upon purchase or enrollment, the user acknowledges that the value of the digital product is tied to its proprietary nature and agrees to safeguard the materials from unauthorized third-party access.

5. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND DMCA COMPLIANCE

If any party believes that their copyrighted material has been used on our Site in a way that constitutes infringement, they may submit a written notice to our designated agent.
