Effective Date: May 5th, 2025

Organization: Thirst With Hunger Institute (“the Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and resources made available through thirstwithhunger.institute and its associated platforms are the exclusive property of Thirst With Hunger Institute unless otherwise noted. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics, images, videos, audio recordings, PDFs, digital downloads, course materials, worksheets, guides, and written teachings. All such content is protected under United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or transmission of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or the termination of access.

2. LIMITED LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Institute’s content for personal, individual, and non-commercial purposes only. This license is intended solely for the enrichment of the individual user and does not permit the copying, reproduction, or distribution of content to others. Furthermore, users are prohibited from selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content, nor may they publish or upload materials to any website or social media platform. The removal of copyright notices or branding from any materials and the creation of derivative works based on the Institute’s content are also strictly forbidden without prior written authorization.

3. PROHIBITED USES AND RESTRICTIONS

The Institute maintains a strict policy against the unauthorized sharing of course logins, downloads, or digital files with non-paying users. Replicating or reformatting teachings, PDFs, or digital materials for any purpose outside of personal study is prohibited. Users agree not to repost or redistribute content in any format, nor shall they upload any content to a public or private server. The use of the Institute’s proprietary content in ministry training, conferences, or external publications is prohibited unless explicit written permission has been granted by the organization.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND AUTHORIZED ACCESS

All digital downloads, online courses, guides, and other purchased materials are restricted to the purchaser’s personal use only. The Institute does not allow for redistribution, file-sharing, or any form of unauthorized distribution of these assets. Upon purchase or enrollment, the user acknowledges that the value of the digital product is tied to its proprietary nature and agrees to safeguard the materials from unauthorized third-party access.

5. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND DMCA COMPLIANCE

If any party believes that their copyrighted material has been used on our Site in a way that constitutes infringement, they may submit a written notice to our designated agent. This notice must include a detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, the exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, and the claimant’s contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email. The notice must also contain a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the notice, and a physical or electronic signature. Notices of this nature should be submitted to office@thirstwithhunger.com.

6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY AND TERMINATION

Thirst With Hunger Institute reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who repeatedly violates copyright protections or misuses proprietary content. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the systematic theft or unauthorized sharing of intellectual property. Such termination of access may occur at our sole discretion and without prior notice or refund of any fees paid.

7. REQUESTS FOR PERMISSION AND ATTRIBUTION

Individuals or organizations requesting permission to use, quote, reproduce, or distribute any content belonging to the Institute must submit a formal written request. These requests should be directed to Thirst With Hunger Institute via email at office@thirstwithhunger.com. Any permission, if granted, will be provided in writing and may include specific conditions, attribution requirements, or limited license terms that the requesting party must strictly follow.

8. MODIFICATIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to update or modify this Copyright Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
