This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through thirstwithhunger.institute, including digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, ministry materials, registrations, and donations. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products—including PDF guides, workbooks, study materials, digital downloads, templates, and other electronic files—are non-refundable.
Because digital goods cannot be returned and are delivered instantly, all sales are considered final.
3. Online Courses
All online course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:
- Video-based courses
- Self-paced study programs
- Discipleship modules
- Biblical teaching series
- Downloadable course materials
Course access is provided immediately upon purchase; therefore, refunds cannot be issued.
4. Events, Workshops, and Registrations
All registrations for events, workshops, trainings, or live sessions are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Thirst With Hunger Institute.
If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
5. Donations
All donations made to Thirst With Hunger Institute are final and non-refundable. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 24 hours for review. Approval of any correction is at our discretion.
6. Duplicate Charges or Transaction Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase, you may submit a request for review. Please include:

- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID or receipt
- Description of the issue
We will investigate transaction errors and resolve them as appropriate.
7. Unauthorized Purchases
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions must be reported immediately. We may request supporting documentation to verify the claim.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Revocation of access to all courses, materials, and accounts
- Permanent removal from our platforms
- Collection of outstanding balances or fees
